Wednesday Color Challenge YELLOW : Famous Indian Breakfast POHA!

This yellow color breakfast Poha (Sauted Flattened rice) is very popular in India. One can find it easily everywhere specially in north, west and central India. Mainly it is originated in Maharashtra but has become popular in most of the India.
There are different way to prepare it and hence taste also vary from place to place. This yellow color is due to turmeric powder added in it.
