After checking out the nice yellow car, I went looking for lunch and there's a sloping path I had to walk up to go to one canteen in the National University of Singapore.

In your pic, what does the sign with the blue circle and the red X mean??
There's a road by the side going into different part of the university and I think that's what the sign is for.
It's two lane and two way. I thought I means no waiting or stopping but just to be sure I did a search and this for British
