Hi Steemians,

Today I’ll be taking you to a popular cafe in the Lower North Shore for families - The Sprouts. Not only it is a cafe but it has a health food grocery which is another reason why people love to eat here so they can buy some goodies home.

今天我會帶你們到在北岸一間很受家庭歡迎的咖啡室叫 The Sprouts. 這間咖啡室不但是吃東西的，他們還有還有一間健康雜貨店在隔壁所以很多人在這裡吃玩東西都可以到隔壁看看有什麼東西可以帶回家。

The cafe itself is popular for families due easy to find parking, has a very healthy menu for both breakfast and lunch and most important of all, a large backyard for the kids to have a good time while the parents can enjoy their meal.

這間咖啡室很受歡迎是因為拍車非常方便，他們的是我種類很多都是非常健康但最重要的是他們有一個非常大的後園所以很多父母都可以一邊吃，一邊看著小孩玩。

Let’s have a look at their menu - as today is the weekend, they offer all day breakfast

看看他們的餐牌，今天是週末所以整天都可以訂早餐吃的

You may notice that most of their ingredients are very healthy which includes superfoods. Sprouts also some pretty cool coffees and fruit juices. Today we ordered Miso Trout bowl, bacon and egg roll, kids orange juice, matcha latte & iced latte

看完餐牌你應該留意到他們用的材料是非常健康而且會有很多超級食品. Sprouts 還有很多很有趣的咖啡和果汁。今天我們叫了味噌鮭魚飯，培根和雞蛋包，BB E 的橙汁，抹茶拿鐵和冰的拿鐵。

After our meal, it’s time to go outside and have some fun. The best feature in this backyard is not only there is a large area to play ball games, scooters etc but they have a large cubby house. But this cubby house has caused a bit of a local ‘war’ with the locals as the neighbours find that the kids were too noisy and this is caused by the cubby house. This was actually got broadcasted over the news and the cubby house was temporarily taken away. You can read the news article here. After some time, the cafe was able to bring the cubby house back - yay!

吃完之後，是時候到外面玩一下。這個後園非常大。不但可以玩球，玩踏板車等等，這裡還有一個很大的玩具屋。因這間玩具屋，Sprouts 跟他的鄰居鬧得不愉快而這件事在新聞也報導過。鬧的原因是因為鄰居覺得小朋友玩這間屋的時候非常吵所以在政府裡投訴。政府來跟 sprouts 講他們要拆掉這間屋否則不給他們繼續營業。你可以到這裡 看以前的報導。不管，過了一段時間，這間屋有回來啦！

There is also a tomato tree with some tomatoes starting to come out for the summer season! Then I noticed there was also a lemon tree next to the tomatoes.

後園裡還有機顆番茄樹而去再看原來還有檸檬樹。我想夏天到的時候會有很多新鮮的食材

Baby E was actually not really interested with the tree but rather wanted to learn the scooter instead.

BB E 對這顆樹沒有什麼興趣，他比較想學玩踏板車

Sprout also has a grocer section selling premium produce. Personally, I think some of the products are very over priced. Even though the price is high, this grocer is very popular with the local and I had some of the kimchi in one of their meals and it wasn't too bad.

Sprout 還有一個雜貨店。我覺得他們賣的東西非常貴。雖然貴，但這裡很都有很多他的熟客。這裡賣的泡菜我有吃過而覺得味道真的不錯。

There are indoor and outdoor seating
