平常早餐都會吃得比較輕盈，有時會配一點新鮮水果
一來早上時候的胃口還未完全恢復，
二來製作時間不會太久 吃完過後 便能盡快投入工作。

Today's breakfast is banana milkshake,
whole wheat bread with egg, bananas and peanut butter.
今天的早餐是香蕉奶昔，全麥麵包配雞蛋，香蕉和花生醬。
