「如有天櫻花正開」-桜ノ宮店居酒居「吉鳥」🤤🤤（上）

日本的屋酒屋最引人入勝的除了可口的平民料理外，還有那濃濃的人情味。櫻之宮沒有道頓堀、梅田的繁華，卻有一種河畔小城的悠閒。

「吉鳥」是櫻之宮的一間居酒屋，不算顯眼，也不算聞名在外。然而每一位顧客似乎都跟老闆與員工非常熟悉，像回家的感覺。

可能偶爾也有華人光顧，居酒屋亦備有附上中文的餐牌。我運用畢生所懂得幾組日文詞彙，加上肢體動作，在員工充滿耐性的微笑中成功點了幾道下酒小菜。首先是「鹽焗枝豆」，嘴巴輕巧地啜去豆莢裡面的豌豆，清新的豆香夾帶微微的鹹味，與啤酒相得益彰。

「玉子車厘茄沙律」雖然只運用常見的材料，但雞蛋比起香港所吃到的雞蛋更甜，而且蛋黃更是美味的溏心。車厘茄非常爽甜，配上燒汁十分開胃。

看起來像紫菜包飯的料理，實際上卻是「淮山紫菜卷」呢！雪白的淮山外面是燒得香脆的紫菜，配上濃濃的栗子醬，清爽的口感加上甜蜜的感覺，讓人想起青春的回憶。

三道餐前料理，已經讓我對「吉鳥」老闆的手藝十分期待，不知道堅持用炭火燒烤的老闆會做出什麼味道的菜式呢？
