People kneel to make a proposal on relay in fuzhou, east jiangxi province of china on saturday yesterday. And a total of 311 couples from more than 10 countries from all over the world gathered in fuzhou city to take part in the "Proposal Relay" event. And that is by Guinness World Records as the most participants "propose on one knee."
