昨天我老爸生日，所以就去我小阿姨的餐馆庆祝，毕竟给别人赚钱还不如给自己人赚。

小阿姨的餐馆在费城的唐人街，离我住的地方要开车1个多小时，所以如果不是什么特别的事情，也不愿意开1个多小时去那边。

说是庆祝生日，还不如说是家庭聚会。

吃完饭，小阿姨给我准备了我最爱的咸鸡带回家

咸鸡的皮很脆很有嚼劲，所以很喜欢吃

听小姨丈说，做这道咸鸡需要用水冲很久皮才会脆。听起来挺浪费水的。。。
