一本知道了好几年的书
被不同的人在文章或评论中提到
偶然在图书馆看到
昨天看了三分之一
不知道今天能否看完
没看过《天道》的电视剧
不过由王志文来演丁元英
直觉上也许是合适的
当书中的人物
由电视或电影中具体的演员来呈现
是不是就是由抽象到具体的过程
连续了几天的降温下大雨
路过一家双皮奶的甜品店
刚好有朋友问过常德有没有这样的甜品店
拍照发给他并附上具体地址
回到家才回味到
我自己怎么没去吃吃
味道如何
或许最近为了减重
戒了白咖啡
戒了辣，甜，油
对吃的没有那么执着了
吃饭时自觉选择清淡
增加了一点运动量
每周至少参加两节动感单车课
大汗淋漓…
