Classical-Music curation Number 1
Yes, I know this is a horrific photo of someone holding a violin. But you know, image is everything....
So, in an attempt to try and kick start the Classical Music community here on Steemit. I am going to try and start up a curation list for the #classical-music tag. At the moment, probably at best three people are using it. Small but a beginning! So, this week's curation is pretty easy!
I am going to be looking out for original videos/audio and write ups (you must be one of the performers or the writer), so please resteem and let your musician friends know of the #classical-music tag. Live performances are preferred!
AUDIO AND VISUAL

To begin with a nice piece of guitar playing by @guifaquetti, a short Allegretto by the Italian composer Caracassi (1792-1853).
Next up are a few videos from the Baroque ensembl @musicapoetica.

Definitely; I usually cross-promote my Steemit posts to the "other" social media platforms with which I am connected, and the #classical-music tag will be included in such future materials.
@remlaps Is it okay if I do this sort of post? I'm trying to gather fellow classical musicians and lovers to this #classical-music tag. Don't want to over step my bounds after you've got the ground work going.
It's definitely ok. We launched @classical-music and #classical-music to promote classical music engagement on the Steem block chain, so we support anything that moves things in that direction - which this certainly does! I'm hoping to make time to start up sharing on facebook again this week-end, too.
