In Hong Kong, there are many empty shop or buildings! Because the district re-creation scheme, usually the whole street will be bought by some developers.
在香港，有許多空的商店或建築物！ 因為社區重建計劃，整條街都會被一些開發商買走。
Maybe you will think that society will improve. This is a normal thing, but often there are different stories behind the acquisition!
可能你會想社會會進步，這是正常不過的事情，可是，往往來收購的背後，有著不同的故事！
Some unscrupulous real estate developers will use a lot of unequal treaties to use some coercive means to erect the merchants or households in the building!
一些無良的地產商會用很多不平等條約，用一些威迫利誘的手段去迫遷樓宇的商戶或住戶！
The biggest problem is that their purpose is only to profit from it, so they will see that the whole street will be lost for a few years, they will wait until the high value to sell to the developer!
最大的問題是他們的目的只是從中獲利，所以會看見整條街會掉空幾年，他們要等到價值高位才賣給發展商！

原來香港有那麼多空置的鋪位，我們這邊通常上一家剛結業下一家就已經雇人來裝修什麼的，對屋主來說空置就等於不賺錢⋯超精明
