Wondering what the bac is? Well, it’s easy to explain…
On the left side (where the casino is) you see the city/village Trouville, on the right side (yes indeed, the opposite of the left side 😉) you see… well almost nothing but I can tell you it is the beginning of the city/village Deauville…
When just like us you stay in Trouville but you like to go to the restaurant in Deauville, and just like us you like to “drink a bit” while enjoying your meal… the bac is the perfect solution if you don’t want (or are able 😊) to walk almost 3km to the nearest bridge.
So yes, the bac is the little boat I was (almost) standing on when taking this shot…
