The famous Piazza della Signoria in Florence

I really love Italy. And my favorite city in this country is of course Florence. It is wonderful at any time of the year and any time of the day. I visited Florence several times and am ready to return there again and again.

The visiting card of the city is the Piazza della Signoria. Here is the palace, the famous Neptune fountain and dozens of sculptures, each of which requires a separate story.

Я очень люблю Италию. И мой любимый город в этой стране конечно же Флоренция. Она чудесна в любое время года и любое время суток. Я посещала Флоренцию несколько раз и готова возвращаться туда вновь и вновь.

Визитной карточкой города является площадь Синьории. Здесь расположен дворец, знаменитый фонтан Нептуна и десятки скульптур, каждая из которых требует отдельного рассказа.

In my opinion, the most interesting sculptures are installed in the loggia Lantsy. This dynamic "Abduction of Sabine women" and plastic sculpture "Hercules and Centaur". It amazes me how well the authors of these works knew the human anatomy to convey the expression and movement of the intertwined bodies of the characters.

Once upon a time in the square was installed the most famous sculpture in the world - the statue of David Michelangelo. Now she is in a special museum of one sculpture. And on the square it replaces the copy.

Piazza della Signoria is one of the most visited places in Florence. Next to it are the Uffizi Gallery, Vecchio Bridge, which must be seen. And the surrounding narrow streets deserve no less attention. So nice walking through them to find a cozy restaurant and relax with a glass of Italian dry wine.

На мой взгляд, самые интересные скульптуры установлены в лоджии Ланцы. Это динамичное "Похищение Сабинянок" и пластичная скульптура "Геркулес и Кентавр". Меня поражает насколько хорошо авторы этих произведений знали анатомию человека, чтобы передать экспрессию и движение переплетенных тел героев.

Когда-то на площади был установлен и самая знаменитая скульптура в мире - статуя Давида Микеланджело. Сейчас она находится в специальном музее одной скульптуры. А на площади ее заменяет копия.

Площадь Синьории - одно из самых посещаемых мест Флоренции. Рядом с ней находятся Галерея Уффици, мост Веккьо, которые обязательно нужно увидеть. Да и окрестные узкие улочки заслуживают ничуть не меньшего внимания. Так приятно гуляя по ним найти уютный ресторанчик и отдохнуть за бокалом итальянского сухого вина.
