At the top of Sololaki Hill or Narikala Fortress. Couldn't remember which of the two but I think the latter one is the correct one. Here is where you will see the City of Tbilisi, Georgia and its beauty. On this same hill you will find the monument of Kartlis Deda or what is called Mother of Georgia.
