The city continues to grow, continues to expand very quickly. Where there was an abandoned land today it is built.

On the one hand I am happy because it gives new life to an area in a state of decay but, from another part I wonder if it was better to do a square or a park ...

    Infinite growth on a finite planet. The lie that growth equal prosperity is showing itself for what it really is all around the world. To use the Al Bartlett analogy of bacteria growing in a bottle. If at 11:00 we have one bacterium in the bottle (they double every minute). At 12:00 you noticed the bottle is full. What time was the bottle half full? One minute before at 11:59 as they double the next minute. If you go back to five minutes before 12:00 you are at 97% open space, if you were one of those bacteria, how many would realize there was a problem? Currently we are already over 50% of the planet and wildlife dead, what time is it?
