The post is about freedom and it's titled "WHEN IS FREEDOM?.
The post is basically questioning those putting suffering on other, I.e those opposing the world's freedom,when they think freedom will take place on their part.
Now, why I think the post deserves an Upvote is that; we are all on the steemit blockchain for freedom... Be it Self or financial freedom,freedom of opinion,freedom of open contributions.....it all goes down to the world's freedom.
And the post is asking this people opposing this freedom, When they will stop fighting freedom? By asking "WHEN IS FREEDOM".
