Dinochicken Eggs

Dinosaurs do exist, only they have gotten smaller and grown feathers. We checked our chicken coop for eggs this morning and, we found proof of dinosaurs....lol. There were 2 dinochicken eggs. We have Golden Comets and Leghorns. We of course have normal sized eggs, so imagine the shock when we saw these super large eggs.
The poor hens, who layed these monster eggs are doing well and seem to be quite happy and healthy. Our hens work on their own schedule, we check for eggs twice a day. By doing this we can make sure they have everything they need and we are familiar with the normal behaviors of each of our ladies.
They might have had feathers the entire time! Here's a link if you wanna read up on it.
