Day 31 One Of Those Days...




I have set myself a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and will be using this account as a personal diary blog to write down my daily progress.

Day 31 was one of those days where there was a little fall back. I was extremely tired when coming back from the movies late at night and got stung one of my foot by a bee I somehow stepped on when going to bed which caused a lot of pain and kept me awake for quite some time.

I ended up breaking the NoFap streak after 2 weeks. It has been a very learnful experience though and can say it was actually a lot easyer than I imagined. I did notice the confidence boost they are all talking about in the Reddit NoFap community and actually received some very nice compliments I don't thing I would have gotten that way otherwise. I would say it's at least worth continuing the experiment for now.

The day itself was quite uneventful, unable to do much with the bee sting that still hurt and having had a couple extremely enjoyable social filled days it was a huge step down. One thing I did not do though is fall back in bad eating habbits.

My 10 day goal of going from 66 Kg to 64 Kg was accomplished as expected without any real issue. Losing 2kg in 10 days and keeping it off whould have been a total nightmare a couple years back. Fully understanding how it all works makes it something that goes effortless. This is the point I also try to get to when it comes down to social interactions and mainly girls. I do still have quite a long road to take in that regard though.


My main goal for Day 31-40 will be to do at least 1 daily meditation (10 minutes+).

Aside from that I will

  • Replace my morning work-out with something is more sustainabe
  • Plan a new trip
  • Get more active on tinder and dating again
  • Contact some old friends for a meet-up
  • Put some plants and herbs on my balcony
  • Go to the Swimming Pool
  • Claim some crypto which I have postponed forever
  • Think about an activity to do with my nieces
