Because part of zucchini still left from first recipe, I was cooking second recipe also from zucchini. This is also simple like first recipe.

Chicken with zucchini

You need:
chicken
2 onions
1 kg zucchini
1 spoon of salt
1 tea spoon of cayenne pepper
2 tea spoon of madras curry powder
1 dcl of water

Put chicken in the pan, zucchini and onion cubes around the chicken. On top of the chicken you put cayenne pepper and salt. Madras curry powder put on zucchini and onion. Ad the water to the pan.

Set the oven to 180°C and with lid roast two hours. Every 20 minutes take spoon and put souse on top of the chicken. You can eat with rice or cooked vegetables.

Kuře s cuketou

kuře
1 kg cekety
2 cibule
1 lžici soli
1 lžička kajenského pepře
2 lžičky madras curry powder
1 dcl vody

Kuře dáte do pekáče kolem něho kostky cibule a cukety. Na kuře dáte kajenský pepř a sůl a cuketu s cibulí posypete madras curry. Podlejete vodou. Troubu nastavíte na 180°C a pečete s poklicí dvě hodiny. Občas v rozmezí tak 20 minut vemete lžíci a vypečeným sosem polejete kuře. Podáváte s rýži a nebo vařenou zeleninou.
