La inestabilidad afectiva que nos mueve imperceptiblemente de un estado emocional a otro, es producto de la desconexión con nuestro "Ser". Al no saber darnos cuenta, los seres humanos somos como un barco a la deriva sin destino, buscando a que aferrarnos para no hundirnos. Mas allá del darnos cuenta para cambiar, existe la no identificación con lo que tenemos, queremos o creemos que debemos cambiar.

Mas allá del crecimiento personal de la superación o del trabajo con uno mismo, esta el entendimiento de canalizar "el Ser", para ser la esencia manifestada de la "energía cósmica" en sus infinitas formas de expresión. Si dejamos de interferir, seremos el canal de manifestación de la sabiduría. EL "Ser" es estable en su esencia e inestable en las actitudes humanas.
