As I am playing this, I noticed the three hour time and decided to keep this in the background. In the time I’ve seen yah play the strings, yah always kept the quality high. And this is no different, @curie upvote or not! (Congratulations on that by the way.) Anywho, the title is very appropriate in my eyes. Being reminded of the “Long March” conducted by Mao Zedong in the warring states of China (1920s-1930s) and how remorseful it had gotten in certain periods. Yet there’s an underlying string of courage in the hopelessness of both situations that continues on the “marching ahead” to wherever they shall go. And with courage, they can gain traction and move on beyond the bog that keeps them down - eventually earning the respect from people they see down the march. For while the “marching ahead” is tough, it certainly is a vulgar freedom away from whatever preoccupied one’s occupation and towards a new and better one as the days go by. Another masterful stringing of notes once again for this sad but slightly courageous music piece. So keep on playing and happy steeming!

What a great comment - "sad but lightly courageous" is a perfect description. I kept this on in the background as well while puttering around the house and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Dziekuje for the compliments! Glad you found it to be in the same vein/beat as well for describing it~ Also it really is a good song for background operations, truly - nice nonetheless.

@thironfelix has the best comments. :)

It's a long march...we meddle through life. I offer only what I can give.

woooaw.....such great tunes for one to meditate with. They really help one calm down with the rhythms in there. They help one to keep his mind in the perfect trance. I really enjoyed every second in the video, great work and keep us in the meditation mood always with your awesome tunes.

Hi there @montanacellist!

I did like it! Bravo!

As soon as i let it play in the background, i instantly closed my eyes. It had calm my nerves and senses. It soothes to my ears too. I did not mind the high notes at all.. we need some of it too.

Im glad I had listened to your work. That was a sweet break from me..

Cheers! ❤

Beautiful melody.
Did you compose it?
It is certainly a music that makes you want to play it. It has some hominous echoes. There is sadness and loss.
We know we have to move on, but for many the march itself is the end of the road.
The Trail of Tears" came to my head. The promise of a better time or place is not always fulfilled.
But, march we must
