Looking Back / Looking Forward - Pilot Post for a weekly contest

Hello friends :)

This post is a test run of sorts, for a weekly contest that I am planning on hosting with #ccc. It will be on Saturdays, though I have no assurances on the timing.

The point of this contest is to write a post following the #ccc rules about something that you either enjoyed doing over the past week, or are looking forward to doing in the coming week.

I know that this is a little more in-depth than normal SBI giveaway contests, but part of the point of #ccc is to generate good content on the Steem platform.

As to the winning process, this will be random draw. Comment a link to your post on this post, you will be assigned a number, and when the post pays out I will draw a random number and that person will get an SBI share. I am also very open to changing the reward system, that's part of what I am running a pilot for :)

What I really enjoyed last week was starting a new video game with my brother-in-law and a friend of ours. It is a fun turn based RPG game that we are playing on the Nintendo Switch, called For the King.

It is a psuedo-tabletop game, based on random rolling chances. Simple mechanics, fast gameplay, and a fun art style. I particularly like that there is a hexagonal layout, though it does make moving your cursor around the screen a little unintuitive sometimes. If you enjoy Rogue-like games, I would definitely suggest it, as the game is randomly generated each time you play. Though I think this is a game that is a lot more fun co-op than it would be single player.

I am going to likely be playing it next week as well. Gaming with the two of them is definitely one of the highlights for my weeks, as it not only provides me with some enjoyable gaming time but also some socialization. I don't really get out at all here in Budapest, so talking with them online is as close as it gets for me. There is also a decent chance that I will be going to a hot spring during the week, so that is also a plus. The hot springs are a definite plus for living in Budapest.
