History of the Aston Martin DB4 Series IV

The DB4 is a GT (Gran Tourer) produced by Aston Martin between 1958 and 1963. With a completely new body, the DB4 remplaced the DB Mark III with an engine designed by Tadek Marek, Polish automobile engineer for Aston Martin. In five-year of production and modifications, the models of DB4 was separated into five series.

The Series IV was designed by Harold Beach with Superleggera construction process (chassis DB4/869/R).
