American engineering company Caresoft Global, BYD Seal disassembled. Terry, who worked at GM for 45 years, disassembled it himself.

Unlike companies that rely on global procurement, BYD has benefited from cost control by having all of its industrial chains. The parts division was made to operate autonomously to further increase supply chain efficiency and quality.
