Under prime minister Justin Trudeau Canadians were promised an end to prohibition but that clearly has not been the case as dispensaries are being shut down and more and more people are still be arrested for a victimless crime.

I hope to see that many countries with legalization of marijuana, have no alternative, increasingly want to do them. "a crime without victims". true
in Indonesia marijuana plants are still prohibited to be cultivated, whereas Indonesia is one of the tropical areas that are very good for the growth of marijuana. if only the legalization of marijuana is done there should be in-depth research on the social impact of the community.
Legalization has been proven better for everyone by the state of Colorado, sad to see issues like these arising in Canada.

You guys... while I do think that growing should be part of the legalization, your claim to have no taxation on distribution is ridiculous. In a Liberland without any taxes that would be nice, but in a country where everything is taxed Weed should be taxed as well.
Just to give a more concrete counterpoint: The current price for MJ is not the result of a free market, it is the result of a prohibited market. Without taxation the price would drop dramatically in case of legalization.
