One realtor from Los Angeles thought of the idea to put together a cannabis-themed open house for a multi-million dollar mansion and expects that this is only the beginning of a burgeoning relationship between the two industries.

The cannabis-themed open house included a variety of cannabis edibles, cannabis chocolates, gummies, and other items.

There were cannabis vape pens, cbd cream, and other products available.

Dozens of industries are looking to pair up with cannabis for a money-making opportunity, including industries like: packaging, wellness and beauty, agriculture, billboard advertising, food, alcohol, plastics, and more.

The recent cannabis open house was believed to be the very first of its kind but it's not expected to be the last.

The event was named The Greenleaf Cannabis Laboratory and invited about 100 guests to attend. The home was listed for over $3 million and following the cannabis-themed open house, the agent received an offer and it went to escrow within 2 weeks.

The group behind the recent cannabis-themed open house says that this is only the tip of the iceberg for luxury real estate in Los Angeles and they are looking to provide an opportunity that gives an educational experience, showing people how the cannabis market has greatly evolved in recent years.

As the support for cannabis freedom continues to grow, so too does the cannabis tourism demand and the introduction of new companies that are looking to cater to the cannabis market.

You might not have considered it before, but real estate could easily become a great partner for this industry, helping to highlight a positive lifestyle associated with the use of this plant.

Cannabis has already made its way into the construction industry, with many companies looking to experiment now with hempcrete to build homes and more. There are also cannabis-specific real estate agents to be found in states that have already legalized cannabis, it was only going to be a matter of time before someone thought to put together a cannabis open house and now that they have, we might soon see many others follow suit.
