New to the Steemit community. A little about myself!
Hi fellow Steemians! I am a physical culturist who loves all kinds of fun bodyweight training. I believe that staying in good shape is of paramount importance as it allows one to be effective and allows one to live life to the fullest. I also believe in freedom and creative expression when it comes to training. My training protocols include elements of gymnastics, Capoeira, parkour, b-boying and other fun and creative movement practices. I have an open-minded attitude to training and always enjoy learning and developing, experimenting and trying different methods.
I also love riding my motorcycle and learning new ways to express myself whilst riding it!
