- Self-examination of breast:
It is necessary to perform self-examination once a month on the sixth or seventh day of the menstrual cycle as follows where these steps can be taken during the shower:
Stand in front of the mirror and examine your breasts if there is anything unusual.
Put your hands behind your head and press them forward without moving your head as you watch yourself in front of the mirror.
Put your hands on the center and bend slightly with the pressure of the shoulders and elbows forward.
Lift your left hand and start using your right hand to examine the left breast from the outer section and circularly up to the nipple with a focus on the area between the breast and armpit and underarm area.
Gently press the nipple to check if there are any secretions.
Repeat the previous two steps on the right breast.
The previous two steps are repeated when lying on the back.
If abnormal signs, such as a local tumor, change in the shape or size of the breast, a decrease or decrease in the skin, a change in the color of the skin or a discharge of blood, especially from the nipple, during self-examination, consult your doctor as soon as possible.

Hormonal therapy: This treatment prevents the cancer cells from receiving the necessary hormones for their growth, which is by taking drugs to change the work of hormones or through surgery to remove organs producing these hormones, such as ovaries.
