WHO IS A TRUE FOLLOWER
There has been a serious challenge in leadership and followership in today’s world. There must be a leader and followers in everything. For someone to be a leader he or she must have some good qualities but that doesn’t mean that he or she is better than the followers. Most times your followers are those that will make you a better leader either by criticizing you or by supporting you.
In social media platform like (twitter, instagram and steemit etc), followership is very important as a content creator will not be happy to write an article, post picture or make video without anyone liking it. Therefore followership is very important.
Who is a true follower? Is it that person who clicks a following button without liking your post for one day? Most people have thousands of people following them but in reality only few percentage of those thousands are true followers.
A true follower is that follower who constantly visits your blog, read your articles or watched your videos or pictures and encourages you with an upvote and contributes in the discussion by leaving a comment.
When people visit you blog, upvote your post and leave a comment it serves as a motivating factor to the writer to do more. How will you feel that you have over two thousand followers and you write a post but not up to five people upvote your post or leave a comment?
It is true that most of us are following a lot of people that it might be difficult for us to read all their posts, upvote and comment on them, but we should try and register our present in the mind of those we are following by commenting and upvoting their post.
