Refrigerators are usually used to keep food good. But, you know what? If you keep some things in the fridge for a few days, it gets worse or worse. Then, if the food goes to your stomach, then food poisoning can lead to many physical problems. To keep a good health for yourself and your family, then know what to do in the fridge for longer days.

The egg should never be refrigerated. If the eggs are frozen, the freezing temperature of the refrigerator increases the amount of water inside the egg. As a result, sometimes the crust above the egg breaks and bacteria grow inside. As a result, the egg becomes completely bad.

Milk foods should not be refrigerated for a long time. If you keep them refrigerated for a long time, the water gets accumulated in the food and becomes tasteless.

The biggest thing is not to refrigerate after milking the milk, leave it out for a while and refrigerate only after being cold.

Refrigerated meat and fish, once removed from the refrigerator, should not be refrigerated again. By doing this, bacteria in these foods grow very harmful for the body.
