Yes, dogs can eat carrot:
"Raw and cooked carrots are healthy options for dogs and make a nutritious add-in to meals. Thanks for the concern and yes I am aware of dog can choke if eating a whole carrot. That's why I said to keep an eye on them of the last bite. But probably more safer option is to cut them into small pieces. :)
