Flat rent price is increasing in Zagreb, and the most wanted flats are cca. 60 sqm.
Prices increased between 3 and 8%, depend on the city, most in Zagreb 8,4%, Rijeka 7,7% and Split 3,4%. Within Zagreb city, flat of about 80sqm can be found with a budget of 900 EUR, and average prices are for Zagreb 634 EUR, Rijeka 433 EUR, Split 590 EUR, Zadar 490 EUR.
