-=- It is news to me that you are no longer a leader in said team. As far as a lot of people are concerned you are and will always be a leader in the community. If not for those skills but for the amount of work and time dedicated to many projects. You could make a resume out of it.
This quote is very true and I think a lot more people would benefit from following it. There isn't enough time in the day or in our lives to accomplish everything that we want to do or need to do. It requires working with others to save time and be more efficient. And you are right, it definitely requires a leader to understand every aspect of the lower levels of the chain, though very few in this position follow that rule. -=-
