Budget proposal for steem power delegation for @askanything

415 Steem will allow @askanything to receive 3,600 steem power for 90 days. This rate is proposed by blocktrades.us for delegation.

With such a power, each question will be upvote at 1$ for a 100 % power up if max power is maintained.

@askanything will be able to upvote 10 questions per 24 hours using the autosteem functions.
Autosteem stops to upvote if the power of @askanything goes below 80 %.

It is a good start, isn’t it ?

After 30 days, I will make an evaluation about how many questions have been upvoted, how many steemians benefits from @askanything, looking at http://steemd/@askanything

In the future we can develop a software for automatic analyses.
May be it will be next budget proposal ?
