@thecrazygm will manage an account to upvote the questions ask by steemians with the tag #asa or #asksteemitanything.
@jerrybanfield has invented a clever system to fill up the @budgets account to promote promotion actions for Steemit.

@budgets is financing a logo for this new Steemit mission : Ask Steemit anything !
People will be payed to ask questions and answer others’ questions.
The question today is what is the fastest way to fill up the @asksteemitanything account ?
We need at least 100,000 steem in this account.
So I am asking @jerrybanfield and @budgets to finance a new contest for ideas to fill up this account.
Of cours we can ask for delegation to 2 or 3 whales, or ask every participants to transfer 1 steem to the account, but I am sure that you are able to find much efficient solutions !

If this proposal is accepted, the 3 winners will earn 50 steems.
@jerrybanfield is quite good at this kind of exercice and I would not be surprise that he will be one of the 3 winners, but only you will decide. The 3 solutions with the most upvotes will win the contest.
Participant will make a post to explain their solutions and a link in the reply of this post.
The 3 solutions with the most upvotes on February 19th, 12,00 Paris time will win.

Hi that sounds very interesting contest and very tricky from another side, it is not easy to find easy way to solve the problem but I believe many Steemians would be glad to take part in it. If you don't mind I will tell me friends on Discord about the many people know about it the better. We'll see how it comes out :)
Yes it is tricky. My proposal has not been accepted yet by @jerrybanfield, so I don't know if i will have the 150 steem for the contest but you can start thinking about it !
For this a delegation would probably be ideal that provided a return to delegators! What is the minimum needed? It seems this contest could work with as little as 10,000?
10,000 would be fine but 100,000 would attract more people, of course. What is the best way to get delegation ?
