Ancient boulders ~ Aktove canyon, Ukraine

Hello again, folks!

I prepared this photos for @shasta and her #bouldersunday before my trip. Thanks to #esteem app and its dratf feature.

This is Aktove canyon. These granite boulders and rocks are probably one of the oldest parts of land in the whole Eurasia continent.

We visited to it recently, in April.

There is a small river at the bottom of the canyon.

Oh my goodness @zirochka these are such fabulous ancient boulders!
Your photography of them is wonderful, the creek looks so inviting
and all the shapes to these stones! one looks like a big tooth in the water!
Those lichens are huge and plentiful, moss and lichens make rocks look so good!
Sure is a huge boulder in the second photo. The yellow flowers add a perfect
touch to this boulder paradise!
