Boulder Sunday
It was one of those days, one where
you go out to seek some peace and
find some drama at the sisters.
Looking at the south facing side of the
sisters while I'm looking north. I see some
lady sitting on the flat rock, her phone rings
and she answers. It seemed like one of
them calls you should let ring.
As she walks off to the others she was
with, one of them starts getting very upset
that she took that call.
The body language of each person says a lot.
Let alone their words.
There is another set of big rocks out
in the inlet, beyond the last guy on the
right side of the above photo.
As the tide comes in
the drama leaves.
My #negativephotography tag created
last year is much more mellower
than these beach goers were.
In black and white it turned
out to be a quiet night.

Always nice when the riff-raff have to go home, locals with visitors no doubt. Still they can be annoying. Seems like people nowadays have very little couth. Always nice though when there is not a lot of people there.
It's sure nice in the spring and fall, summer is
very much loaded with people using our beach ;-)

I really enjoy those rare times where you are the only ones on the beach looking for rocks. The sound of the waves is so relaxing.

What a great idea to have a #bouldersunday! I'm resteeming this to spread the word and I'll try to get back here with a post. I know just the rock for this challenge but my filing system is... not so great! Lovely photos! That boulder in your first photo looks so sharp and jagged... not eroded at all.

It must be a real hard boulder, not sure
what kind of rock, most of it is covered
with tiny barnacles. It was so trippy when
I walked by them they made a slight
sound, like puffs of air all at once.
You made the barnacles exhale!?! Maybe you scared them... that was how they scream!
