  1. Make a meal chart where 500 calories each day will be reduce. A women needs average 2000 Calories each day. If they want to reduce 1 pound in a week they should take 1500 calories. And for man needs 2500 calories each day. If they want to reduce 1 pound in a week they should take 2000 calories each day. You can use app to calculate calories of foods.Try to eat 2 pieces of green apple each day.

  2. Drinks more water each day. A person needs to drink 4-6 litters water each day. Try to avoid alcohol and cold drinks. Water will make your skin more healthy and will burn your fat.

  3. You should sleep 6-8 hours per day. Don't miss it please. Seriously you should sleep properly . Other ways you gonna be ill day by day.

  4. Exercise regularly . You should cardio exercise every morning. Some free hand exercise you can do . You can install any apps of exercise. If you do gym it will be better to lose your weight.
