Underestimate the importance of warm-up.

Yes, it is rather boring to warm up, I want to go to the training itself quickly ... But there is hardly a more direct way to injuries. Before performing any more or less complex exercises, our muscles require a little warming up. Alas, sometimes only a few days of intense pain in the lower back or stretched ligaments cure us of excessive arrogance.


Hurry up to get results sooner. It is clear that getting rid of excess weight, a chic figure or the opportunity to surprise your friends with new skills - these are the goals that you want to achieve quickly. But, as they say, "you go quietly - you will continue". Intensive physical activity and severe dietary restrictions are a huge stress for the body. Perhaps you can even move to the goal with leaps and bounds, just like you wanted, but at what cost? Those who tried to go this way, most often note that they constantly felt angry at the whole world and unhappy, and the temptation to abandon everything appeared very often.


Doing at home, not in the gym or in a group, for fear of causing ridicule. Any other reason for studying at home can be considered quite decent, but this is no good. Even if you do not know anything yet, absolutely everyone who saw it once did not know how much more than yours. And who said that there will not be other beginners in your group? Not to mention the fact that during classes people are often so busy with their own tasks that they simply have no time to look around.


Do not take into account your health and existing contraindications. For someone, it is absolutely impossible to lift weights, someone needs to protect the spine, the heart or fragile bones ... Alas, very few people are completely healthy today. Therefore, before starting any classes, you need to do two things. First, get acquainted with the contraindications for this particular sport. Secondly, talk with your doctor about whether you can do it and what precautions will be needed.


Only responsible attitude helps to make your first sporting experience pleasant, productive and safe!
