Avengers: Civil War 2 [Part 2]
We pick up with Stark leaving the Avengers facility because of his firm stance against pre-crimes.
Someone is knocking at Tony’s door, it’s MJ… The tears are falling down her cheeks.
“It’s Rhodey.”
Confused, Tony asks her if Rhodey is with her, and crying she responds:
“He’s gone, Tony.”
Tony suits up and flies to the shields headquarters. He wants to know exactly what happened.
It turns out that Ulysses had another vision, only this time his predictions were not accurate at a 100% level and as a consequence Tony is looking at a bloody white sheet with a body under it and a destroyed War Machine armor next to it.
Tony is furious and demands to see Danvers.
She tells him that Ulysses has had a new vision and they had to act on it.
“What was Rhodey even doing with you? He wasn’t on of your team, Carol!”
She said that he happened to be on the shield HQ when Ulysses had the vision and that he volunteered on his own. But Tony was not satisfied with that answer.
He storms out of the room swearing that he’ll put an end to all that madness and that nobody should be allowed to play God again.
Tony then goes to Ulysses’ room and “kidnaps” him. He takes him to his lab and starts to run tests on him trying to figure out how his prophetic visions work.
Carol takes that as an act of war, and before long the alarm systems at the Stark tower start ringing, followed by a big explosion.
Captain Marvel is inside and so are some of the Avengers.
“You kidnapped the kid, Tony!” She yells at him.
The two start to argue and all of the sudden, Ulysses has a new vision.
Ulysses sees the Hulk murdering some of the avengers while both Tony and Carol failed to stop him.
And now what are we gonna do?
