They are provided with resources at their disposal so they do not even have to step out of their house to earn a living. This has boosted the women in underprivileged areas and has also inspired many new generations of the families to take up craft as a profession. This in turn is helping the nation grow internally as well as gaining popularity all over the world for High End Luxury products made in India authentically & doing the right thing 

SOP’s – To attain and sustain a business and for the business to thrive most importantly we need co operation, co ordination and consistency. This can only be achieved with a definite practice of SOP’s by each sector in the company.

USP – There is a simple of deriving the same. Know the end procedure of any product. This could be explained as starting point from fiber till the final product (rugs) reaching to the end satisfied customer. . This should be known in depth for yourself and the business together.

Knowing your input - (characteristics of your personality as a person which can be beneficial to the brand and then identifying if that really fits to add value or special character to any aspect of business or the product.) This can be anything ranging from Design, Research, Development, Innovation in the existing product line, Methods of QC, CSR, Buyer Satisfaction at any cost or Logistics. Ideas and innovations can only be introduced to a system when you know the respective in and out!

Start-Up Models – The millennial age is educated and is well versed in terms of technology & its use for business. Major upcoming business ideas are ones which are working on taking things from the basics of simple lifestyle to making and marketing them as high end lifestyle products or supplements.

Renewing the Old Age Businesses – Attaining sustainability and adding cultural value to our products. Each product depicts India’s vast historical, cultural and emotional attachments and inculcated its flavors to it.

Competition – The current situation in the market (you got to talk about the carpet industry here I guess, I have no clue about this point how it is working currently on your segment nationally & internationally) Competition and the erge to sustain as a business and come out to be profitable and reputable brand maintaining its values and customs. Consistency & Coordination in the team.

Every Experience Counts – No matter how small or big be the span of your tenure in a particular company, always remember that the experience will count. Major companies always look out for candidates who have displayed a longer relationship with the company. The major reason is that firstly, they may be giving preference to the loyalty & secondly the in depth knowledge which the person might have gained through these years working for the same firm/business. For most of us many times working at the same level or same company or for the same boss might be monotonous, but the key is to keep changing the pattern of working and indulging yourself to more than just the roles aligned for you in the JD. DO not limit yourself.

Misplacement – Avoiding misplacement plays a vital role in choosing the right path for your successful or unsuccessful career. Do not allow yourself to get misplaced in a company wherein you cannot align yourself with the respective service or product being served by the company you are choosing. This is the initial phase and you have enough options for better clarity on what you would want to start with. Do not hesitate to experiment though. Still make sure you have sorted your USP first.
