The testing on the renewal process is almost done and as i was hoping that it will pass smoothly and successfully with minimum errors, just to be able to test some other actions.

So i had an idea to accelerate the test a little bit and beside the renewal i will start the “Embossing” tests.

The Embossing word has two similar meanings , the 1st meaning literally is to carve an object or design it while the 2nd meaning which as i said is close to the 1st one is when we issue a card (since the cardholder name and the information printed on card are projected) so the process is called “Embossing”.

When a client requested for a credit card he should fill an application at the branch and sign it with two authorized signatures, the request is sent to a committee to be studied and if accepted then here comes our turn to issue the card.

On the old system the process can be done in between 2 or 3 days to the client receive the card while now if the testing are done properly without any bugs or errors this can be executed in the same day so once again the client will be happy and so will the employees.

I started two parallel actions the renew and the Embossing and i hope that everything will be as good as i wish or even better.
