The old way of reissuing a card soon (or when the testing is done and the new system goes life) this process will be changed according to the new system way of working.

Now, another process is applied on the old system not less than the issuing and related to the cards is called the “Renewal”.

If a card became expired or a cardholder needs to renew his card before it’s expiry usually he fills a renewal form in the branch and sign it with the branch authorized signatures and send it to our department in order to process the request.

In the new system there is a good news, where the normal expiry of cards has an automatic renewal schedule and also can be renewed in a few simple steps earlier than the schedule (we use the early renewal if cardholder is travelling during a certain period of time and the card might get expired so we renew it for the next 3 years, and another reason for renewal is in case the “reissue” action is not available).

This process and in a certain way since it’s still working on the old system where it’s applied now in an old way so it takes a lot of time to be executed that’s why i am happily testing this action on the new software since it’s looking more simple and time saver.

But i hope that the testing will pass smoothly and successfully with minimum errors, just to be able to test some other actions.
