Before testing the Billing (EOC) to see if the calculation at the end of month is accurate,
There are other functions to be tested too such as (Duplicate “Reissue”, embossing , encoding, renewal, ....)
Today i will be talking about the Reissuing of a card or also known as “duplicate”.
It’s the process where the card is defected or reported damaged for a specific reason so the cardholder will fill a duplicate form at the branch level signed by him with authorized branch signature, after that the request is sent to our department in order to execute the process and the defected card will be replaced by another plastic with the same Card No. as the old one, same expiry date and same card details.
This process is applied now at a certain way since it’s still working on the old system so i am testing it on the new software and it’s looking more simple so this is a good news now, it will accelerate the procedures of issuing duplicated cards “that will make both clients and employees happy”.
I will keep working on other processes until i reach what i love to see in the new software.
