Today's the big day!
I am getting married today!
How awesome is that?
So ehm, the sun woke me up early again. My alarm has yet to go off, but staying in bed while awake means headache, so I got up. I put on my pretty dress (no, it's not white and no, it's not bought just for this occassion), hoisted myself up into my constricting panty hose, brushed my hair, put on my lovely Lord of the Rings Elf necklace and started my day.
The fire is burning in the woodstove, because although by now we are used to the cold in the morning, our guests aren't. My grandmother will sit here alone for a while, while we get married with just our parents going with us, so I want her to atleast have a warm place.
I washed the small tomatoes for snacks later today and opened some curtains. They are mostly closed, because they provide us with what little privacy we can get here, but the house is pretty darkish, so opening them up helps a little with that. Probably not enough. I think it'll be a gray day, so we'll have to turn on some lights.
I'll soon have breakfast and then we'll wait for my family to show up. I'll explain the toilet and coffee maker to my grandmother and by then, we'll have to head off to town hall. We'll get married there with only our parents present. It'll be really quick and simple. Then, we'll head back home, wait for lunch time, have lunch, make some extra snacks and wait for guests to arrive.
I have no idea how many people will show up today. We invited family and friend (yeah, just the one), but atleast for my fiance's family, we invited them in a group app, so I'm not sure who's actually heading over.
Either way, people are welcome to come in the afternoon and/or the evening. A few people told us they were sure to come, so we'll atleast have some guests!
I'm happy we're having this little party afterwards, because that way we can atleast pay some extra attention to our wedding.
Anyway, I'll head off to make breakfast now, though I'm still early. The alarm still has 15 minutes before it goes off.

this morning I did not wake up late, suddenly I was shocked by the sound of firecrackers burned by the children next to my house. usually I terbagun with mobile phone alerm, when I see my phone runs out of battery.
