Weight: 212 lbs
Daily loss: -0 lbs
Total loss: - 5.8 lbs

Thoughts: No drop on the scale today but I'm not surprised. I ate my free meal quite late in the day and will be holding some extra water weight from that.

I expect to see a decent drop on the scale tomorrow.

Training felt good but I am a bit tight in my hips at the moment so I'll be upping my stretching routine going forward.

Mentally, the next big target is breaking through the 210 lbs barrier. I have a lot of weight to lose so I like to break it up into 5-10 lbs targets.
