The Tinyhouse Big Family are Having Fun in Germany....

in #blog7 years ago

After enjoying Finland we decided to get the boat over to Germany, usually, we drive straight through Germany but this time we plan on taking our time to really explore each land we drive through.

When you travel around as much as we do, you get some meet some very unusual characters, just like us! who travel around in some very unusual tinyhomes, just like ours!

This is Heike & Hans's Tinyhouse and it's just as wacky and as colourful as they are :) Heike & Hans are very special to us, we first met them 3 years ago in a funky hippy town called Orgiva, in the south of Spain.

I shall tell you all about Orgiva in another post but Heike & Hans are without a doubt the happiest couple I have ever met, and I am pretty sure it's because they have been living this life since 1988, that's nearly 30yrs of having fun, travelling and enjoying life to the max!!!.

We usually only see Heike & Hans when we are all out travelling around southern Europe so it was great to finally meet them in their homeland Germany.

They have been wonderful host on many levels, not only did they give us a spot to park for a few days but they also showed us around, cooked us food and when I mentioned to Hans that my truck was making a funny noice he jumped straight under to have a look, he diagnosed the problem and then went to his computer and printed out a list of parts, we then went to his local mechanic and booked the truck in for the very next day, the mechanics were just as efficient as Hans because an hour after we had dropped off the truck it was all fixed. :)

If you just drive through a Country then you can't say

you have actually been there.

I have driven through Germany at least 20 times but this is the first time I can truly say that I have been to Germany and I must say, we really love it here, we like it so much that we plan on seeing much more of it before we move on to The Netherlands.

Thank you Hans & Heike for taking us in, looking after us and showing us around your beautiful Country and if anyone else is planning to drive through Germany then I would highly recommend that you stop somewhere along the way and truly take it all in, you won't be disapointed.

As always I will leave you with some more pics of our adventures in Germany
and don't forget to check in next time for more of the same,
but in a different location.

Peace and love to the World.

Where you are all sitting to eat on the picture, is that the inside of your tiny house? It looks so cozy all in wood! I'm Dutch when you go to Holland be sure to go by the Posbank, this is a part of protected nature in Holland which is amazingly beautiful with small sand hills and heather and wild horses.

I have to tell you- My sister and I were having a wonderful deep discussion the other day about life and your family came up in our conversation. (She just signed up for Steemit, so this is all new to her) Anyway, we were basically dreaming out loud about how amazing it would be to leave our typical lifestyles behind and just travel the world with our children and educate them through experience. I had stumbled across your blog and started following you not too long ago. I will admit that I have only seen a few of your posts in my feed and I've only actually viewed a handful of your entries. But I truly admire you and your family and I really love seeing and reading about your adventures in this crazy journey that we call life. ❤️

Thank you @melodyrussell
We really love to hear that we inspire people, even if just to imagine what this life would be like :)
Thanks for stopping by and sharing your thoughts with us. Big SMILE!!!!

Soooooo COOL!

The pictures are great, its so easy to feel the life and love going on!

I love how the more conscious you become the more synchronistic life is. Of course you met some really cool family with a bright and colorful tiny home like you!

Ahhhhhh life is for living! So great to see you all living it up!

This whole issue with the government as gross as it is, was obviously an opportunity for you to all break loose and live more fully than ever!

Blessings on the way∞§∞

Thank you @quinneaker, we are really getting back into the swing of traveling and meeting up with friends along the way.

This is the life we chose and it's easy to forget how amazing it is when you've been back on the 9-5 grind even though it was only for 4.5 months.

This time we hope to not return to grind and instead start building a stronger more sustainable future for our family and friends.

Thanks for stopping by.

Bless.

Hey Mark, Looks like you're all having a good time and are at peace. Heike & Hans's Tinyhouse looks like a party bus :-) No blending in with that one.

Thank you @steempowerpics
Hahaha yeah, blending in is what you do at the library :)
Thanks for dropping in my friend.

@markwhittam, I really enjoyed all of the photos you included in your post. What a great lifestyle you all have. Thanks for taking us along for the ride!

Thank you @mitneb glad you enjoyed it :)

This really is sooo cool! I'm glad your children get to experience so many things at such a young age as well. Im sure they will very cultured early on and have a unique way of looking at the world. Keep doing what you're doing and pursuing happiness. God bless.

Thank you @sixersfeds, we have been doing this for 4yrs, and we love it more with each year :)

tiny house and big family is very good concept where everyone live very closely. That automatically increases bond of the relationships.

Yes @steemit-fun this is very true, we have become very close since living in our tinyhouse :)
