Let's not get blinded. The elephant isn't going away...yet..part 1

I had a conversation one time with this old guy.

This old timer was in his early twenties, during the heyday of the swinging sixties 'revolution'.

“I bet it must have been fantastic, all the sex, drugs, and rock'n' roll,” I asked him.

He looked at me and smiled, and said , “If you had no money, no job - it was just the same as it is now.”
Pesky pragmatism.

Why I am telling you this?......

I have been reading a lot of articles recently, and posts on steemit – about this high tech revolution, and the future of the world.
While all very inspirational- or depressing -depending on your personal values, I think we are avoiding to address an elephant in the room .

It's a big elephant ...

Before we cast our cowardly eyes towards the grey, nasally bizarre edifice sitting over there in the corner (he ain't going anywhere for now ), lets just have a quick look at 'the future'....

Firstly, the financial establishments.

If anyone thinks these leviathans are just 'going away' without a fight – and I mean a real, bloody, to the death kind of affair, you are naïve, or uneducated. (This is not a slur on anyone, it is an opportunity.)

They will not miraculous melt away into the annals of history, unopposed. (but there are more of us than them, I hear you say...well yeah, this is very true... but this is also where that pesky elephant comes into the equation...)

And lets never forget - It is the psychopaths that run the show. They are not worried about losing – as long as you lose to...(the lack of fear is a genetic trait of the true psychopath. A trait not present in the 97% of us. Remember that.)

Secondly, the political infrastructure.

This is an extension of the banking system and so intertwined with it, as to be indistinguishable. Unless you suffer from severe myopic perspectives. (again- an opportunity, not a slur).

The political establishment will fight ( with the banks) to stop any change, unless it involves more control.
(not a change of direction. Just more of the same that has been happening over the last 100 years or so)

Again, the psycho's are running the show, never let that slip from your mind..
Sooner or later there will be conflict.
A real shitty, life loss, societal collapse, kind of conflict.

The winner will be the one who wants it the most. It's not about moral right or wrong, its about desire to win.
Who wants it the most.
( the psycho's have a distinct advantage in this regard. And letting the elephant speak could well be the only way to counter this problem).

If the banks win – we will have a one world government, city states, and driverless cars that monitor your every move. You are tracked for every waking (and sleeping) moment. All your needs are taken care of.

The allure of this 'utopia' is very real - and a trade off for many that may seem more than acceptable.
'Loss of freedom for security' is an age old argument.
The world of the blue pill.

(the elephant still isn't going anywhere, btw - but he is starting to move a little now - and maybe trying to get some attention...)

This is a win - lose scenario. There are no compromises in such fundamentally opposing view of how life is to be best lived....

If the banks 'lose', I have no idea what will come next.

There will always be the power hungry, the manipulators- the politicians. The people that are not 'like the rest of us'.
This has has always been the problem to a peaceful and productive society.

steemit jpegs.jpg

And it will remain the problem, irrelevant of the the technologies.

If this fundamental issue is not addressed, recognized and given credence to, then all the technology in the world won't make a difference.

Same shit, different decade. Different tech. Same shit.....(think Gutenberg press).

And so – casting our gaze - finally - over to the elephant.

He has been sitting there throughout history, unrecognizable as a 'thing', but always accepted as thing.
This last 100 years or so, with the dawn of psychology as a 'science' - it has now made him a 'thing'.

At long last.

Always accepted as real throughout all civilizations - the banks, and the establishments see the elephant as the enemy.

The elephant is their enemy.

An enemy so scary in fact, that social engineering by the powers that be, have become a political doctrine in one shape or another...(from education programs, to immigration programs)

It is one way for 'them' to fight the elephant. Maybe the only way to fight the elephant, in fact...

Social engineering reduces the size of the elephant.
Reduces the impact and influence to affect change for the good of everyone.
AND TO THE DETRIMENT OF THE CONTROL FREAKS.

One world governance. Banking governance. Total population control.

Call it what you will - Unless the elephant's presence is not diminished, then the one world dystopian governments - or socialism - will never, ever- gain traction...

Oh ! - I almost forgot......

The name of this elephant.......

It starts with IQ recognition as a thing,a reality.
It is not racist sexist or homophobic.

It is empirical, and benevolent. (benevolence is a commons sense, self preservation, trait. )

It is something to be nurtured, encouraged, and nothing to be afraid of.

IQ has been intentionally vilified, and discouraged over this last 50 years.
This is why 'evil' has intentionally 'dumbed people down', attempting to lower IQ's in society.

This is the weapon that can be used - to stop the 'evil'. ...

How the acceptance of it can bring a fantastic future that is just around the corner.
For all of us.

Part 2 coming...

Sort:

good article buddy , big ass fight is coming

hopefully it will through IQ, and not guns...

Of course the banks will put up a fight. They'll fight to their last breath, and they have plenty of ammunition. The problem they will face is the fact there is no one single enemy to fight. They will not know where to direct their attacks, and meanwhile, a bazillion tiny enemies will be attacking them from every which direction. I can't conceive of a way to stop or control the crypto revolution, and it's obvious that they can't either. That may change. One of the sociopaths may come up with a workable plan, and then succeed in getting all the governments in the world and all the banks to go along with it. We will have to see.

I hope you are correct in your perspective...

The worrying part, is the leading by the nose, of the lower IQ individuals to support their slave masters.
(this is of the ponts I'm going to discuss in further posts. By definition of having lower IQ's they are easier to manipulate/fool.
So the 'there are more of us, than them' paradigm, might not actually work out to be true - very worryingly)

fight the swarm
decentralized, widely distributed, hugely redundant.
sting like a bee.
dance like a butterfly.

what can the elephant do to the swarm?

This was the basic point I was trying to make in my post that @lucylin said sort-of inspired him to make this one. I still stand by it!

I'm going to go to deeper into this subject on here. It's quite fascinating..

It's one I have been following/interested in, for many a years, and one openly not spoken about until recently...(without emotionally driven, leftist attacks of racist, sexist, blah blah)

https://steemit.com/blog/@lucylin/let-s-not-get-blinded-the-elephant-isn-t-going-away-yet-part-2

It's when the swarm is made up IQ elephants, we will be onto a winner!

That book I recommended you read, you said you read part of it? Talked about this very same thing.
S-curves...and the waves..

I read it - but kinda skimmed across the last parts.

I never saw any IQ/genetic argument...? did I miss something (page no's?)

The S curves were a interesting (and I think accurate) representation of progress within societies. Not IQ variances.

I think you might have missed the point of the book.
it was descriptive. The author noticed that 'certain things happen' and was pointing them out.

He did NOT delve into why anything would happen only that it did...and how to recognize what was happening and to be prepared...
......or not.

Ok, I am interested in seeing what comes next.
I have a lot to say about IQ, but mostly from a historical/psychometric perspective. I feel I need to hear more from your view, because the way you seem to envision it is similar to that of Alfred Binnet. But, unfortunately, in the end, things took a very different turn and became anything but what he hoped for -

therefore, intelligence was not based solely on genetics, was malleable rather than fixed, and could only be found in children with comparable backgrounds (Siegler, 1992).

A notion that did not make the aristocrats (especially the British) very happy. Not to mention the eugenicists.

Looking forward to part 2 :)

Sir hoyty toyty double barrled nasal name " What sir?, the Japanese are cleverer than us? poppycock!"

I'm on the case....

The genetic/environmental argument has been found to be far more weighted towards genetics than previously thought... (discovered over the last 20 years or so....I'm sure you know far more than I do. I welcome your comments!)
