This is normal, this is a feature that was added recently in Chrome, that shows a precaution warning. Steemitwallet.com is a legit domain so nothing to worry here. But always better to check the domain especially if it is your wallet.

I have seen this for the last few weeks on brave, it seems to come and go it's not every day....
@justyy this is some problem with the voting services. Today I have recieved just 3% vote. Even the voting power is good in justyy (if vote adjust) I have delegates 5000+ s.p , 1000usd , + proxy. I should have recieved 7+% vote. Please check. 🙏
