But I'm sure Everyone on the internet Knows This!
What do all of those early television shows, broadcasting networks, and today's legacy online content platforms have in common?
They are all centralized; that is, totally controlled by the network or platform provider!
What's even worse, content providers pay a very steep price in the form of draconian censorship, intellectual property theft, exorbitant middleman fees, advertising blitzkriegs, invasions of privacy, etc.

In addition to the use cases that most people would think of (e.g, lawyer consultations, medical advice and education), here are a few non-traditional use case scenarios.
Inspections
I have performed many governmental and civilian inspections for Health and Safety, Organizational Operational Readiness, Emergency Medical Readiness, Hazardous Duty Training, etc.
The sheer number of required, periodical inspections and lack of qualified inspectors had me and my cohorts constantly traveling from one end of the Earth to the other.
But the truth is that all the administrative AND the live-fire, live class, live demo, and live impromptu interviews could easily be done remotely.
