Something from my bar whenever I feel like it episode CDXIII

Another from my collection of Dale Jr Phot cars for today. This one I'm not sure about. It's the #3 car which would be either the 98 or 99 Busch series I believe. I don't know if this is from any particular win, one of the championships or both. I can only make out one car from the photos but there could easily be more since they are similar. The picture on the hood looks like both a race and championship trophy. No idea what that would be from.
